We read everything and reply to most things, usually within a few business days. A short, specific message gets a faster answer than a long one.
What's worth writing about
- Bugs and broken behaviour. If a number looks wrong, a chart misbehaves, or a shared URL doesn't restore your scenario, tell us what you entered and what you expected. Reproduction steps are gold.
- Methodology feedback and corrections. If you think an assumption is off — the default return, the withdrawal rate, the way real returns are computed — make the case. We would rather be corrected than be wrong, and several improvements to the calculator started as a reader's pushback.
- Questions the guides didn't answer. If you worked through the field guides and still came up short, that gap is useful to us; it often becomes the next thing we write.
- Press, partnership, and reuse. For interviews, citations, or questions about using the calculator or its figures elsewhere, the same address reaches us.
